This refreshing Fyshwick development comprises 4 buildings in a campus setting. Buildings 1 and 2 had been tenanted for many years by Defence however with their long-term lease expiring in 2011, the building owner (Petros Property Group) committed to a comprehensive refurbishment strategy developed by AMC. The targeted upgrade built on the bones of the existing buildings with the addition of new entry canopies, reconfigured entrance lobbies and inter tenancy stairs vastly improving each buildings address and amenity. Other improvements included provision for a future lift, a full internal refurbishment including wet areas, carpets and ceilings, internal services upgrades, new external access ramp and upgrades to landscaping and parking areas. The result is a smart looking development which differentiates itself from much of the other office accommodation in Fyshwick. Although Petros were unable to retain their tenant, their timely commitment to a comprehensive refurbishment program has paid dividends with a number of new tenants leasing the refurbished building in what was at the time one of the most competitive office markets in Australia.
