The Master Builders Association of the ACT (MBA) and the Land Development Agency (LDA) have partnered with Renaissance Homes and AMC Architecture to design and deliver a new Charity House Project for 2016. The LDA is contributing two adjoining separate title in-fill parcels of land in Deakin and MBA members, led by Renaissance Homes and AMC Architecture, are donating (or providing at low cost) professional consultancy services, construction materials and labour costs. As the third Charity House Project of this type, the 2015-16 offering will deliver, for the first time, two home and land packages to market for auction in 2016.

Both were well received on auction day and the neighbours in Buxton Street.
