Mantra-MacArthur Hotel Opening in Spring 2017

AMC’s adaptive re-use of a commercial office building to create a new hotel is almost complete with the Mantra MacCarthur Hotel set to open this Spring.  The 10-storey hotel boasts 136 rooms and 40 suites, a restaurant and bar, fully equipped gym, secure parking and internet lounge.  The existing precast façade of the building was retained with new Core 10 folded metal cladding superimposed to create interest and new awning and glazing elements added at ground level to provide an inviting entry and restaurant/lounge area.  The internal areas were stripped back to create an industrial feel with accents of black steelwork, brass, mirrors and stone softened with wall panelling, natural materials and furnishings.  Click here for more details or visit  www.mantrahotels.com/mantra-macarthur-hotel for more information.
