Directors Appointed to PCA’s ACT Committees

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Directors Dean McPherson and Craig Perrott to the Property Council of Australia’s ACT Committees for 2025/2026.

Dean McPherson rejoins the Residential & Planning Committee as Co-Chair this year, working with industry peers to support strategic initiatives that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the ACT planning framework to support urban renewal and high quality development in Canberra.

Craig Perrott rejoins the Economic Development and Infrastructure Committee maintaining his involvement in advocating for the property sector in relation to economic growth, infrastructure spending, private sector investment and development.

Dean and Craig’s appointments reflect AMC’s deep and enduring connection to Canberra’s property industry and our commitment to industry advocacy.
