Googong North Village introduces an exciting mixed-use development to the ever popular and growing township of Googong.  The development offers an IGA supermarket, childcare centre, community centre, allied health services, retail, cafes, bars, Club Lime and residential apartments. In late 2014, IQON approached AMC to assist them in proving up the master planning and economic feasibility of the Googong North Village development which would accommodate the first supermarket, community and retail uses in this substantial regional development. AMC was subsequently engaged to develop the design and documentation, working closely with IQON and QPRC to successfully integrate the high aspirations for the site by the developer (Googong Township Pty Ltd).  The development takes advantage of excellent vistas from the site with the built form creating a legible and striking address for the corner of Gorman Drive & Caragh Ave.  Internal streets and integrated landscape elements provide an inviting and welcoming precinct for local residents and community users alike.
