Monash Green Village Seniors' Day Club

Goodwin’s Seniors’ Day Club at Monash Green Retirement Village is sited to present a prominent and attractive address to the Village and arriving clients, given its location on the far western boundary of its substantial site. The Club is designed to have an occupancy of 40 clients supported by 3 to 4 Goodwin staff. The main activities, lounge and dining areas are open planned with easy connections to attractive north-facing outdoor landscaped areas. Support areas, including reception, administration, amenities and a kitchen, are located to the southern and central zones of the building. The building has an interesting architectural character which reiterates that of other buildings at Monash Green, with a striking skillion roof form that clearly identifies the main entry and the lounge areas.
