David is a Founding Director of AMC Architecture and a very experienced architect with highly developed skills in design development, documentation and construction from a large range of projects throughout Australia. In fulfilling roles as both architect and project manager, David offers diverse experience from project inception through to construction completion. His particular interest lies in the documentation and detailing of projects and the successful transformation of the design concept into the built form. He has completed a Bachelor of Construction Management & Economics to complement his considerable experience as an architect.

Director : Dean McPherson

Dean is a talented architect and Director of AMC, offering clients highly developed skills in project management, design, documentation and construction stage services. Capable of leading multidisciplinary teams for projects of substantial scale and complexity, Dean has experience across a large range of projects for both private sector and Government clients. Dean is a team player with excellent communication skills, a good balance of design and documentation skills and a commitment to sustainable design principles reinforced by his honours thesis in ESD. Joining AMC in 2007 and appointed as a Director in 2009, Dean is highly motivated and personable and his efforts are recognised by satisfied clients and return work.
As a member of the PCA ACT Planning & Residential Committee and an AIA ACT Chapter Councillor, Dean is actively involved in the property industry.

Director : Luke Stanton
B App Sc (Environ Design), Interior Design
Luke is a talented Interior Designer and a Director of AMC, with significant experience in workplace, retail/hospitality, medical and residential design. He has been responsible for a wide range of government, commercial and institutional projects from conceptual design through to detailed documentation and delivery. People-focused with a collaborative approach, Luke has a proven track record of creating striking interior spaces while being cognisant of the commercial imperative.
Luke has been part of the AMC team from its inception in 2000. Following a 3 year period working in London where he worked on a number of exciting and high-profile projects with Redbull & Sony BMG before returning to AMC in 2010, Luke was appointed as a Director in 2013.

Hannah is a registered architect, qualified access consultant and a Director of AMC. With a focus on business management, Hannah is actively engaged across every facet of AMC’s operations, encompassing financial management, human resources, marketing and business development. With highly developed organisational and management skills and a systematic and methodical approach to design, project management, tender bid preparation and business administration, Hannah is able to draw upon a diverse set of skills and qualifications to balance the various demands of business management and project delivery. Detail oriented and committed to maintaining a consistently high level of service with an appreciation for the commercial imperative, she is dedicated to delivering high quality professional services to our clients. Joining AMC in 2012 as a Project Architect, Hannah was promoted to Practice Manager in 2015, became a company shareholder in 2019 and a Director of AMC in 2022.

Committed to high quality design outcomes, Craig is a Director of AMC and a talented Architect with well-developed skills across all areas of architecture from design to delivery and a proven track record for achieving highly successful projects. Craig has a broad range of experience having worked in Australia and the UK on local and international projects. Craig played a key role in the design and delivery of the equestrian competition venue in Hong Kong for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. Since joining the AMC Team in 2011, Craig has become a trusted and respected leader in the practice, contributing his broad range of skills and expertise with a number of significant projects. Craig was appointed as a Director of AMC in 2023.

Chloe is a Project Leader and Senior Interior Designer committed to achieving high quality outcomes for clients. As a highly organised and dedicated professional, Chloe fosters excellent working relationships with all project stakeholders. With extensive experience in workplace, retail, hospitality and retirement living projects and a passion for collaboration and the mentorship of junior team members, Chloe brings energy and enthusiasm to the curation of design concepts and delivering high quality project documentation. She has a natural appreciation for colour, composition and the design of meaningful spaces that are environmentally responsive and connect with people on a number of levels. With skills across design, documentation and construction, Chloe is an “all-rounder” dedicated to supporting the successful and timely delivery of a broad range of projects. Joining AMC as in 2016, Chloe was elevated to Project Leader in 2023.
